This range of single and double inlet fans available in light and heavy-duty constructions for a variety of airconditioning and Industrial applications.
The non-overloading characteristic of these fans makes them the obvious choice where system resistance may vary considerably.
This range of fans is characterized by high efficiencies, low noise levels, low discharge velocities, is suitable for clean air applications requiring volumes of up 130m ³/s to pressures up to 4kPa .
The double inlet range (BCC DIDW) is also available in a light duty (class 1) option where the impeller, shaft and bearings remain “heavy duty” but the casing and support frame are constructed of lighter materials.
Forward Curve Single & Double Inlet
In the instance where Low Noise Levels are important, this application is used for air-conditioning and ventilation installations
Forward curved fans find their application in air-conditioning & ventilation applications where quiet running, reliability, compactness and low discharge velocities are important considerations.
This type of impeller delivers more air for a given speed and diameter than any other type of centrifugal impeller.
The range covers 18 impeller diameters from ø200 to ø1500mm available in single and double inlet configurations.
The double inlet range (FCC DIDW) is also available in a light duty (class 1) option where the impeller, shaft and bearings remain “heavy duty” but the casing and support frame are constructed of lighter materials.Radial Bladed
Ideally, designed and used where airborne solids are required to pass through the Fan. The Fan is manufactured from rigorous industrial applications.
The Fans are constructed of suitably steel plate made of heavy gauge, with purpose-designed shafts and bearings. It is designed ostensibly for pneumatic conveying applications and have a self-cleaning blade configuration and relatively high discharge velocities. The standard range consists of 22 impeller diameter diameters from Ǿ300mm to Ǿ2100mm
In This Range Consists Of Four Impeller Types :
- Type A: Open paddle suitable for fibrous and high temperature applications.
- Type B: High efficiency tapered shrouded radial impeller for clean air applications and light dust loads.
- Type C: Shrouded radial impeller suitable for powders, granular materials, wood chips and most free flowing materials.
- Type D: Shroud less impeller suitable for stringy and fibrous materials.
